Return and Refund Policy

At No Lift! No Limits!™, we want you to be proud of what you receive. Most of our apparel, prints, accessories, and other products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because these products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or a change of preference.

Please review all product descriptions, size guides, color selections, personalization details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing or printing defect
  • Is materially different from the item ordered
  • Is the wrong product, design, size, or color because of a fulfillment error
  • Is missing from your shipment

Email studio@noliftnolimits.com and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the entire item
  • Close-up photographs showing the defect or damage
  • A photograph of the packaging and shipping label when applicable

Please keep the product and its original packaging until we have reviewed your claim. Do not mail an item back unless we provide return instructions.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Approved replacements caused by a production or fulfillment error will be provided at no additional charge.

Sizing, Color, and Customer Selection Errors

We cannot provide free returns, exchanges, or replacements when:

  • The wrong size, product, color, or design was selected during checkout
  • The shipping address entered with the order was incorrect or incomplete
  • The customer changes their mind after the order enters production
  • The product fits differently than expected but matches the published size guide
  • A minor variation results from the printing or manufacturing process

Colors displayed on monitors and mobile devices may vary slightly from the colors of the finished product. Small differences in print placement, scale, texture, or color may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom artwork, commissioned designs, personalized merchandise, digital files, proofs, and products created with customer-supplied names, numbers, logos, photographs, or other content are final sale.

Deposits and payments for custom artwork are non-refundable once design work or production has begun, except as stated in a separate written project agreement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, names, numbers, colors, placement, and other details shown in a proof. We cannot provide a free replacement for an error that appeared in an approved proof unless the final product differs materially from that approval.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted for production.

Once production has begun, the order cannot normally be canceled or refunded.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us at studio@noliftnolimits.com.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, please first:

  • Confirm the shipping address on the order
  • Check around the delivery location
  • Ask household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier

We will assist with investigating the shipment, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund results from our error, a defective item, or another situation required by applicable law.
