Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with No Lift! No Limits!™. Many of our products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Please review the following information regarding production, shipping, tracking, and delivery.
Made-to-Order Production
Most No Lift! No Limits!™ apparel, prints, accessories, drinkware, bags, and related merchandise are made to order.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Most made-to-order products are expected to be produced and prepared for shipment within approximately 2–7 business days after the order is confirmed.
Some specialty products, personalized items, large prints, custom merchandise, or products experiencing temporary supply limitations may require additional production time.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
After production is complete, delivery time depends on the product, destination, fulfillment location, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.
For orders shipped within the United States, standard delivery generally takes approximately 2–12 business days after shipment.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, major sales, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please allow sufficient time when ordering merchandise for a race, car show, birthday, holiday, gift, or other date-specific event. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless that commitment is expressly confirmed by us in writing.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping charges may vary based on:
- The products ordered
- The number of products
- Product size and weight
- Delivery address
- Fulfillment location
- Shipping method
Because products may be made and shipped by different production facilities, shipping charges may be calculated separately for different items within the same order.
Separate Packages
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities or require different packaging. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days.
You may receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package.
Receiving one portion of your order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email after the package has been prepared for shipment.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to begin displaying movement after a shipping label is created. A package may be marked as shipped before the carrier completes its first tracking scan.
Please review each tracking number when an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please contact us immediately at studio@noliftnolimits.com if you discover an address error. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipment processing.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- A missing apartment, suite, or unit number
- An incorrect ZIP code
- A customer’s failure to collect or accept a package
- A package being refused by the recipient
If an order is returned because of an address error or failed delivery, additional production or shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Delayed Orders
Production and delivery estimates may be affected by inventory shortages, equipment issues, carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the timeframe originally stated—or within 30 days when no specific shipping timeframe was provided—we will contact you regarding the delay and provide any options required under applicable law.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Check all entrances, porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, garages, and other delivery areas.
- Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or front-desk personnel.
- Allow one additional business day, because some carriers scan packages before final delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.
After completing those steps, contact us at studio@noliftnolimits.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will make a reasonable effort to assist with the carrier investigation. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for a package that the carrier confirms was delivered to the address provided with the order.
Lost Packages
Contact us if tracking has stopped updating for an extended period or the package appears to be lost in transit.
When appropriate, we will work with the fulfillment provider and shipping carrier to investigate. Depending on the circumstances and investigation results, an eligible order may be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Shipping damage, manufacturing defects, misprints, and incorrect products are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Please contact studio@noliftnolimits.com within 30 calendar days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when applicable
Do not return a product without first contacting us and receiving instructions.
International Shipping
International shipping is available only for destinations offered during checkout.
International orders may take substantially longer than domestic orders. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Customs processing may delay delivery. We cannot control or guarantee customs-clearance time.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered can legally be imported into their country.
Digital Products and Custom Artwork Files
Digital downloads and electronically delivered custom artwork files do not require physical shipping.
Delivery timing and file formats for commissioned artwork are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, project agreement, or written communication.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as quickly as possible regarding an order change or cancellation.
Because many products enter production shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after production begins.
